App constantly crashes!

Needs update. Fix bugs.

Great idea bad support.

I spent $120 on the V4 Pro device and the V4 Tester. The shipping wasn't to long or anything like that, I was pretty satisfied with everything all the way up until I received the devices. They weren’t damaged or anything at all they just came in individual boxes with no instructions, setup guides, owners manuals or anything. I began searching the website to see if there was anything available online and there wasn’t. I was able to eventually play with it a little bit and get it connected to the app and get the app setup. Once I did it worked great the first time and then the second time I tried using it, the tester wouldn’t flash when it was supposed to so I had no idea if it was sending pulses or not. Your supposed to see the flashes on the tester to make sure it’s working. The app said that it was working but the tester did not. I would also like to add that I do not mean to use this as a complaint. I absolutely love the idea and I have been wanting to get one ever since the original device has came out. I understand that there is trial and error with creating a new product I just wish it would have been addressed before selling it to consumers. Another thing I would like to add, I love that the device has an internal thermometer which sends temperature data to the app that way you can see how hot the device is from your phone, except it’s only in degrees C. I live in the USA and I hate having to convert the temperature to Fahrenheit.
