App seems nice at first, but it doesn’t keep up to date on listings. 2 examples. I find a property on another realty app, but it doesn’t show on USDA Homes even though it does say on another site I use that it is USDA eligible. Or I find a property on USDA Homes, and when I check it on another realty app it is sold, on contract, or off market. I sense that this is because of the delay in updating listings in the first example.
