Use FieldLink

FieldLink creates temporary QR-based rooms for field walks, site visits, project meetings, tours, events, trainings, and response work. Hosts create a room, share a QR code or room code, and attendees sign in with name, company, role, and contact details. During the session, the group can use one shared feed for updates, photos, reference documents, and checkout status. Hosts can see who is present, manage admission when needed, close the room, and keep exports for accountability. FieldLink is built for short-lived coordination where downloading another attendee app would slow everyone down.
