New app to access the US Energy building heat and hot water controllers. Very clean and clear. Includes all the important readouts and controls. Nice intuitive interface.
This will be especially good in winter if the superintendent is away from the building. He'll be able to see what is happening and make adjustments. The managing agent can keep track much more easily than in the past and respond to tenant complaints. Great for decentralizing the monitoring and control.
A couple of the abbreviations are a bit cryptic for those unfamiliar with the USE readouts but a very nice extension of the usefulness of the USE system.
