Alert Issue
The app is fine mostly, but recently I’ve noticed my alerts keep disappearing. I ran out of funds in one account and accumulated overdraft fees because I assumed the alert I set would notify me. When I checked it was gone, so I set up a new one - I checked just now and that new alert is gone, I had to set it up again.

This is app is garbage. Can’t find or do anything I need through it. No statements, no mobile deposit, etc. Contemplating switching banks due to the inconvenience.
Can’t make mobile deposits
After three weeks I still can’t make mobile deposits. The app is not extremely user friendly and while I have multiple debit cards the app says I have none. I do not like the new app. Not at all.
I live hundreds of miles away ajd need mobile deposit and the other features to be available to me. This is my main credit union and I don’t want to change but if I can’t perform mobile deposits I may have to.

New App
Please get it together on this new app! You have really inconvenienced my life! I guess I’ll have to revert to snail mail to pay my bills

Why release an unfinished app.
Can’t make mobile deposits or external transfers. I don’t live close enough to a Credit Union to be able to cash checks in person so that’s why I relied on the mobile deposits. They should have just kept the old app running until they finished this one.
Bad app
The old app was fine and then it had to change. This new one is very slow to load and it doesn’t have a mobile deposit icon like in the picture in the App Store. Visually it’s better than the old one, but functionally it’s bad.
Terrible
This app is awful they went 100 steps backwards.
Loss of features
Credit score no longer visible, can’t access online statements, not user friendly.
