A big update for working as a team, and a fresh new look. Work as a team • Assign conversations to a teammate, or take them yourself. Filter your inbox by Mine, Unassigned or All. • See who wrote each reply. Teammates' replies appear live as they're sent. • Leave internal notes that only your team can see. • Close conversations when you're done, and reopen them anytime. A smarter reply box • Writing assistant: generate a reply, fix spelling and grammar, translate to your customer's language, or make your reply friendlier, more formal, shorter or more complete. • Quick replies: insert your saved answers with a tap, or type / and a shortcut. • Attach images, videos and PDFs. Everything else • Tap any image to view it full screen and pinch to zoom. • Add your own profile photo. Customers see it next to your replies. • Choose which push notifications you get: new messages, or conversations assigned to you. • A new look: the new UserSignal icon, cleaner chat bubbles, and new icons throughout. • Your AI assistant now appears by its name, Sigo, or the name you've given it.
