Super confused on why almost all of them don’t work and still waiting for my $3. Waste of time in my opinion.

Can’t actually access surveys/tests most of the time, platform does not remove tests that I have already not qualified for, keep receiving repeat screeners. Why fill out profile information only to receive so many that I clearly do not qualify for? The payout for time spent here is clearly not worth it.

Good concept, bad app
Lost so much money on tests not loading, tests not working, support are useless in these situations. SORT OUT THE APP.
Waste of time
Just like other users, it just says something about having all the information they need, I’ve tried to qualify for about 60 test by now, and i haven’t qualified for a single one, not only that, but sometimes there is 9 screening questions, and you’ll get to the 8th one, and it’ll say what i wrote before, so now you wasted a good 5 minutes for nothing, this is a scam.

Great side hustle
I love this app, in about a year I have made about $700… lately the app has been disappointing for some of the test require location checks but the app won’t allow my iPhone to do one which causes me to lose the test which is almost all the test except test required to do on the pc where I am able to complete a location check….. what’s the problem with doing a location check on the iphone

So many bugs.
I’ve missed out on AT LEAST $100 worth of opportunities because the app is constantly giving me “Something went wrong” errors, glitching out in the middle of tasks /surveys, or ending my session in the middle of a task when the task involves opening a separate app or website. I’ve tried to contact support multiple times and beyond the first email telling me my ticket is being reviewed, nothing and no one has gotten back to me. I’ve tried clearing cache and constantly make sure my phone and app are up to date. The fact it takes 2 weeks to see payout sucks in the first place. Conveniently, I generally experience the most bugs when trying to complete tasks with larger payouts (anything over a single dollar).

It’s pretty good
Can waste a lot of time if you don’t qualify for the surveys, but if you do, then you get to give your input and be really helpful with all of these companies. Doesn’t seem like there’s any more human help when you need assistance :(
Fun tests and a great side income
I’ve been using UserTesting for a few months now and have really enjoyed it. Most of the tests are interesting and fun, and I like feeling like I’m part of a community helping improve different websites, apps and experiences. It’s also a great way to spend some free time while making a little extra cash. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience for me.

This is a waste of time. Location test doesn't work. Tests have "please try again" errors constantly" ...,overall another quick money app that is very misleading due to lack of functionality.
The best side hustle
Of all the side hustles I have tried UserTesting is my most successful and reliable for me. I see a lot of people complaining about not receiving tests but you have to know tests in on availability basis and you have to check constantly, and no tests is guaranteed. I love this company!! It deserves higher ratings for sure!

Time waster
Continuously removed payments stating you did not follow instructions. Waste of time! At minimum provide half the payment for your the time it took vs completely recalling due to your “opinion”.

Passive Income
One of my favorite survey apps. Super easy to make money during downtime. I sometimes take tests when bored or to kill time. Have made $700 since the year started. Some of the tests that require UserZoom don’t always works but I’ve never had an issue with receiving money for the tests performed. Great app.
