Good company lots of tests
I have been testing here for over a year. Good tests, fair pay and quick consistent payments for users. In 14 days I get paid including over weekends. A good fair deal I enjoy doing the tests!
Great variety of tests
Enjoy giving feedback on a wide variety of topics! Plus earn a little incentive. Fun to do and beneficial.

I have been doing tests for over three years now and have earned a decent amount of money in that time. I have had times when I haven’t been able to do many tests but it does pick up again if you persevere. Payments have always been made on time.
Joke
This app just feels deceiving. First, you "apply" to be on the platform. Then, if approved, you receive tasks to "qualify" for—and yet you have to go through another qualification process. 99% of the time, I didn't qualify for even the most basic, random tests. The qualification process for each test is just a guise to collect the exact data they're looking for anyway, so you're already giving them what they need for free. Then they just say, "Sorry, you don't qualify for this," and reject you. Trash.

Scam! Don’t waste your time!
This is another one of those BS apps saying you’ll make money doing quick simple surveys and it’s all a joke.
I have done between 50-60 surveys and I get damn near through the whole thing just for them to cut me off at the last minute and say the survey isn’t a fit for me. So they are getting all the info they want without paying you more than 10 cents for your time, and that’s if you’re lucky!
They have you do all these BS surveys to create your profile and this is supposed to match you up with surveys that are right for you but it doesn’t. It just waste more of your time and gets all your info and still gathers the “data” they are looking for.

Great app
I love this app; they can improve by continuously removing surveys and test that you try to qualify for so you don’t keep trying to qualify for the same test and surveys. They can also improve some of the tasks and tests so that they don’t freeze up.

I like that new tests appear automatically in the app without requiring me to search for them.
One frustration is that when I’m disqualified from a test, the app continues loading longer than necessary and is slow to remove that test from my available list. As a result, I often end up tapping on studies I’m no longer eligible for.
Uploading audio and video recordings is also slower than it should be. There have been times when I’ve worried that my submission timed out or never uploaded successfully. It’s especially frustrating to spend 30 minutes completing a test only to have it fail to submit, receive no compensation, and have no indication of what went wrong.
Overall, the app’s simplicity is its biggest strength. However, it’s noticeably slower than it should be, and for a user testing platform, I’d expect more reliable performance and better error handling when submissions fail.

You won't get paid to test
The app is buggy and does not work reliably.
You can spend time doing the test and as much time again waiting for it to upload.
And if it doesn't, you don't get paid.

Total waste of time
Re-installed the app as I was requested to provide feedback/support for our local transport app. Tried to launch the test and then I realised why I had deleted it in the first place. Absolute chaos of a circle of logins, changing to Chrome browser, launching again, no access to the test etc. etc. etc. We are being politely asked to spend our free time providing help for a service in order to improve it. Well I will be writing to the service to advise them to avoid UserTesting as their provider of tests. Ridiculous app.

used to be good, became abusive
i have been with the platform as both tester and a customer for such a long time! They used to be great! now they r just out of sync with their competition purchases, and many $1 tests which could last up to 40 minutes at a time!! payments that r now biweekly instead of weekly! imagine waiting 2 weeks for $1!!! ridiculous! Used to be about good customer service, while ur testers provide great feedback to ur users, u win big and u might get ur way but not the right way! going on at this speed now u r on the same level of the fake website who give gift cards for pay and are a waste of time! i suggest u put service back in customer service and pay ore attention to your issues on your platform!

This user testing app is useless and does nothing and should be removed immediately and that’s a fact. And that’s all protected speech under freedom of speech.

On ne peut ni modifier les appareils que l’on a en notre possession, ni le navigateur sur lesquels on peut faire le test que soit sur l’application ou sur le site. Et lorsque l’on va sur le site et bien il nous renvoie à l’application. Aucun sens.

Can’t login
I’m a UX researcher and just updated the app. Now when I try to login I get stuck in a loop where it keeps asking me for my username and then my password and then my username and then my password etc. I tried restarting the app but no luck.
I hope that this will be great platform of lots of youngsters
