The stuff of satire
I just had a presentation from my company’s USI rep touting the functionality of this app… The only content in this app is literally just a link that opens a login page in your phone’s default web browser. Why even bother??? I know how to bookmark a webpage just fine, thanks.
worst than no app
the most useless app that I have ever seen in my life
Wow /s
I finally found an app that has ALL 1 star reviews. I thought “it can’t be *that* bad” & it’s actually worse. I think they somehow made this app worse since the last review. It did open Safari for me but everything I attempted to look at came with a warning that it was “better to be viewed from a desktop browser”. Why even bother putting an app out into the world if that’s the case? I sincerely hope my company isn’t paying USICG a whole lot to manage our 401k because they certainly are not investing in their customers.

Pathetic
This isn’t an app. Just a link to their website to log in. Also their customer service isn’t the nicest. No matter who you talk to.
Trash
Trash “app” that is nothing more than a link to their website. Deleted immediately.
Not an App
Its just a hyperlink….
A Glorified Link to Their Website. Nothing More.
It’s pretty wild seeing a review in the App Store from 2016 that is still relevant...especially when that review sarcastically welcomes you to 2002 due to the poor quality of the app. This is essentially a link to their website and nothing more.
What a pathetic excuse for an app in 2021. It seems our concerns have fallen on deaf ears for years, so I expect no changes from this company, which is disheartening.

Are you kidding me?
After finally getting logged in to the new web page, I discovered pages that would not load, a completely new (worse) interface, and just difficulty navigating. What was wrong with the old web design? So, now I have loaded the app to only find it is only the same web pages but harder to read. Please fix the web page and app ASAP.

No app yet
Same as the previous post. Waiting on an app and also can not link this account to my other asset platforms for some reason. This is not very user friendly.

Worst app of all time
Simply doesn’t work
What is the point?
This “app” takes you to their terrible website. Pointless and pathetic.
Useless
All the app does is direct you to their webpage. If I wanted to use the webpage I would just use Google.
Pointless
I used to use Fidelity with my old company. Then I get stuck with this company. This app is really stupid. It simply directs you to a different website.
I have a lot of money with you guys, can you at least treat me like I’m worth it and develop a worthwhile app?

Not an app
All this is, is an app with links to a webpage.
Does nothing
It literally just opens the browser, worthless.
APP
This app doesn’t work at all. I can’t log in . It’s a glitch in it
No Longer Works
I generally like the service, app, and the investment options. But, the app is non-functional right now. They just did an update, and now when I type the username field to enter mine it brings the keyboard up just long enough to see it and immediately hides it before I can enter a username. Any additional attempts to tap on the username or password areas just jar the screen and nothing happens.

Worst app ever! Website and app access is down
All this iPhone app does is bring you to a web page - impossible to read without zooming in and when zoomed in it doesn't work right and you get lost. Terrible app and terrible 401k management company
What app?
For something as important as a retirement account, you'd think USI would offer some mobile app access. How funny that you encourage building a portfolio at a young age yet fail to recognize how the same generation all but requires handheld easy access.
