Terrible Communication/Customer Service

I had a login issue late October 2023 and reached out for help immediately. It is now late December and I got one email WEEKS AGO asking what the problem was even though I outlined the problem in my initial email and have heard nothing since. I went to the office in Tech Village, called, sent follow-up emails, filld out the concern form on the website and nothing. This is unacceptable. If you want to use Usit for the support of a third party in case something goes wrong don't even bother you will not get any assistance from Kethny. If someone emails me back I will happily update my review.
