USM Service App

An account in the USM lock C app is required to use this app. Actions within this app can only be carried out after authorisation, which can be requested within the app for the desired locks. If necessary, a lock C can be reset to the factory settings if the assigned Main Admin card is no longer available. It is also possible to request detailed log files, which requires authorisation. These log files allow every action of the lock to be reflected, retraced and assigned to a specific time. If a lock C requires a firmware update, this can be carried out in both the USM Service app and USM lock C app. This app is not used to operate the lock C. It only enables services outside the normal scope of action and is designed for use by authorised people.
