Ok but… no integration

The app is working but the notification of someone ringing at the door are slow and the person left by the time I reply.
It’s not possible to identify if the door is opened or closed from the App and finally there’s no integration with Alexa or Google Home.

Very primitive app

Claim to have remote control over locking and unlocking, not true. Very basic functionality whereby if someone ring the bell , you get notification and you can unlock only. App needs major update to be able to use feature like opening the camera even if there is no trigger event, possibility to unlock remotely without a trigger event (bell ring), etc

Please note that active remote video monitoring is determined by your smart lock’s hardware configuration. After successful network connection, press the doorbell on the lock and check the remote unlock alert on your phone: Only a captured photo means no video intercom support; A live image with a play button indicates the device is equipped with video intercom capability.

Poor App

I use this app for the Smart Door Lock system. But this App is really poor and rarely ever works these days. It takes ages for this app to open & load. Please kindly fix the issue!!

Does not have all the features it claims

Claims to remote lock and unlock and it does not have that functionality… does not do anything at all but notify you when the door is open or closed and by who… that’s it no other options if it would let me I wouldn’t give it a star at all

Some devices only support door status notification and access record push, while remote lock and unlock functions are only available on models equipped with WiFi module and corresponding firmware adaptation. You can contact our customer service via the entrance in the upper right corner of the APP with your device ID. We will help you confirm whether your lock supports remote lock and unlock

No App Lock/Unlock functionality

Bad, the app doesn’t have the remote lock/unlock functionality, be aware if you get the hardware locks the app is not good, wish I know before I got the lock 😞
1. Support remote lock/unlock
2. Support hardware scenes, example : every day at 10pm lock the door

We support remote unlock. Firstly press a command on the lock such as 8# or something else. Then a notification will be sent to the App. We can enter a password to unlock the door remotely.
