I love the app. It is very easy to use. It would be nice if we could upload short videos (less than 30 sec-to-1 minute videos)
Works when it wants to
1. The check in just keeps loading after you check in. Doesn’t work.

Cannot login
Tried using the app since I’ve come back to the states. No luck with logging in with the app using both my email and phone number. Keeps saying my info is not in any authorized directory. I can login using the internet with no issue and even verified my profile settings were correct. Would prefer the app since it was easier to navigate and input hours.

Activity Feed
It would be very helpful if the app didn’t open up in the activity feed all the time. Moreover, the email function should be removed if the volunteer doesn’t have rights to send emails. It’s pointless, because the volunteer will get emails to their personal email anyway. Furthermore, groups should be only viewable by the Manager or Center Operations Specialist. Lastly, for the calendar, it should be much easier to volunteer for a shift. Instead of clicking on a date, selecting the shift, then going back to the calendar to only have to scroll down again to do the same process. Work smarter, not harder is the key concept. Thanks for your help with this matter.

Issue
I am trying to become a volunteer and I am trying to figure out what I need to do next. I was told to get the app and when u log on it does not say what my next steps are. I have emailed my POC where I am located and was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. I did that multiple times same blank screen when I log on. Please assist.

Volunteering at the USO in San Diego has filled a void that I didn’t realize I had. I look forward to reviewing the calendar and having the flexibility to choose when and where I want to volunteer my time; knowing that I’m acknowledging those men, women and their families that serve our country.

New update won’t let you add hours
Bad update. You screwed this app up with the latest update.
Can no longer look up other Uso volunteers in groups. Only shows myself. Hire programmers, that know what they are doing! Are you going to fix what you screwed up?

Can not log into app
You can log into the app. It’s just keeps saying your not on a list. Your better off doing it on a desktop computer. You contact them and they say nothing is wrong or don’t respond. Best bet again just do it on a computer.
Cannot Log In
I have been waiting months to be transferred from the Hawaii USO to the San Diego location but aside from that, the app doesn’t even let me log in. I tried both my email and phone number and it says they are not found in the system -_- then I contacted their help desk all for someone to email back(spelling my name wrong too btw) they reset my account and now I can log in. Well first of all I didn’t need my account reset because I could log in just fine on a desktop. I needed help trying to figure out why I cannot log in using the app. Waiting to see if I’ll be able to log in once my transfer goes through but doubtful, on my desktop I can log in and see all my info from my previous location.
