I would give it 5 stars but the fact that I still have to log in on the website to enter tournaments, make roster changes, etc. is dumb…other than that i like the app.

Team Searching Glitch
Hey USSSA, I followed my team for baseball last year and a few other ones, but now this year they are all gone. I can’t search the team now because it always gives me an error pop up whenever I try to add a team and whenever I go to my previous teams it shows me the same error pop up that says “the certificate for this server is invalid” . Please fix this. Thank you

This app is terrible
This app is terrible, the organization is terrible. They make the players pay ridiculous amounts of money to even play, then they make you subscribe, then they make you watch ads after they got paid ridiculous amounts of money.

I don’t receive email links for invites to teams.
Doesn’t work with vpn
Can’t get the app to work at all if I’m on a phone that uses vpn. I can’t login as a family member or as a manager. I’ve contacted support and they are no help. If you are using a vpn it just says “user does not exist” it’s incredibly annoying for people that want to keep their personal data safe and not broadcast it to the whole world please fix it.

Hi. Please reach out to support using the app support tab in the app and we can review. There shouldn't be any issue with VPN but depends on what country it's set to.
Zero help from their support staff
Reporting glitches gets no response from their staff. There is a major issue with their Home Screen that I’ve reported TWICE and haven’t gotten a single response on how it’s being addressed. If there’s a problem, don’t expect them to fix it. Stick to Game Changer for actual information because they do a much better job.

Tournament director
This app is not good. Not user friendly and can’t quickly pull up team/ field info! Needs to be recalibrated!
Streaming
A handful of times the one field has issues streaming the game. The one game I want to watch isn’t working but I check all the other fields of the tournament and I get those clear. Just frustrating.
App is very hard
The app is very very difficult to navigate. I’ve been trying for the better part of an afternoon to find the tournament bracket and still have not found it after about three hours.
