Best League App

Joined my first league for the spring season. I decided to play 2 leagues. “ women’s weekday” & the other “weeknight, weeknight”. The app is very user friendly to coordinate matches with your opponents. Entering the score was very easy after each match played. My favorite part about this app is the customer service. They immediately respond to you if you have any questions. Also, if your opponent is not being responsive while coordinating a match date, custom service helps you by reaching out to them. I played a total of 15 matches in less than 2 months! Without this app I wouldn’t have improved my singles match practices. Excited to continue my journey using this platform.

Terrible app

I feel like a few millennials designed this app as it works when it wants.

No I don’t play pickleball.

Poor app

Constant notifications when there are no messages. When trying to chat, you can’t toggle back and forth to see the rest of your schedule

Great flex league

Flexible scheduling makes it easy to play more or fewer matches as you wish. Local leagues mean you don't have to travel far.

Not user friendly.

There should be a calendar in the app. Seeing all scheduled matches not just the ones you play is not helpful.

You should be able put your availability in the app instead of having to message back and forth.

score manipulation without approval

The app allows players to change scores anytime even after match score is submitted. This flaw in the system actually led to dispute and score manipulation of a player who wanted to change the match result who first agreed but later changed their mind.

Thanks for your feedback. We know score disputes can be frustrating. We recently released an update that stops players from entering or changing scores after a season ends, which helps prevent issues like this. If you still have a dispute, your local USTA coordinator can review it and take action. Please reach out to them for help.

Mixed impressions

Terrific way to play with different peeps. Too bad that after one year of participation, the app engineers are still not able to get my WTN score figured out.

Excellent way to play friendly matches

The app is easy to use and is a good way to find players in your region. The Flex team is very responsive and helps facilitate the matches.

Created my USTA account with Google, so I can’t use this app. Why is this even an issue?

Needs Google SSO

I guess I won’t be playing USTA Flex until they fix this app to include the same external SSO options that the core USTA includes. I created my USTA account via Google SSO and there is no way for me to sign in to this app. I searched for my account via my USTA number and the email it generates for me to reset my password (which I never set in the first place) never comes.

This is a game breaker for so many potential participants. Why do the sign in options not match the core USTA app?

Can’t login with USTA google SSO

My USTA is linked to my google account for sign on. This app does not have an option to login to USTA via google SSO. Given this is the only way to play flex league and google is the only way to sign on to my USTA (I have tried to reset password), I guess I am out of luck.
