Hasn’t worked in over a week
I chatted with customer service last week, they said they were looking into it. It’s still not searching correctly for tournaments. Showing dates in 2021 in an area I don’t even live. The website works, but not that hard to fix an app’s search function. I bet tournament hosts didn’t even realize this and are losing out on players signing up because they can’t find tournaments. Ridiculous!

Poorly designed app
I have a profile with my daughter attached to it and when we register her for a tournament there’s no way of finding that tournament again in our profile or upcoming events. It’s useless.
Needs a whole lot of improvement
The development team needs to take reviews of those who have been experiencing problems (with signing, being frustrating with the back button i.e, search from all over etc ) and help fix the app. It has been quite frustrating in using this app. If is very unreliable.

Login issues
The app keeps having login issues which never get fixed correctly and re occurs every other day. Extremely sloppy app which requires competent design engineers and developers. Especially in times of agentic AI, this is as sloppy as it can get.

Truly the worst app imaginable. Login doesn’t work. Anything you want to do in the app, opens a browser window. Useless. Do not download.

This is by far the worst app on my phone. It reminds me of windows 95. It is so outdated, slow and somehow worse than their website.

Please rework the app. It could be so much better. Some aspects of it do not work. For the life of me, I can’t figure out how to cancel a booking through the app or website.

I can’t even login anymore using my Apple ID. I have tried everything. I haven’t been able to login for over a month on the app. Website works - App does not!

Can’t reach TennisLink for team schedules and availability updates on iphone, only through PC. What’s up with that? Same ID/password. Have almost missed matches due to this glitch 😡

cant search properly with out being ask to login again and again. if you click the back it goes to main main page not the previous. and the UI.. the
options filters and click buttons are all over. and you would be looking around navigating trying to understand search filters and theres no consistency.
if you make drop down click button dont mix it with a toggle button selections. maybe just like the forehand of the app developer its all over and not consistent.

Fault!
App is often frozen and won’t refresh. Also, the app only redirects you to a web browser. Worst app I have ever used.

Disfunctional App
If I could give it a ZERo I would. This app is designed for use by tournaments/players. It has neandrathal search, is not open or easy to access for finding tournaments, viewing draws and figuring out match times etc. It requires you to log in in order to see tournament draws. What if you are a fan and just want to go watch a friend? They require you to create an account and give them your information. If they want to grow the game, they should invest in better apps for the everyday players. Terrible product.
