App is not accepting OTP since long. I am not able to login the app. Can someone help and support

Good app, but needs improvements. Push notifications are missing for homework, timetables, or notices. It would be great if notifications also came via email or SMS. Also, an unread count should show on the relevant tab when the app is opened, making it easier to track new updates.
