I use it on the daily
I go into Utah 360 all the time to find out stuff and order food on campus. It also has all of the Athletics info! It looks like it gets updated all the time with new features.
Good but could be better
App works good and is easy to use but it would be better if it sent notifications about when games start and end. Also would be even better if you could select which sports you mainly want to follow and get notifications for, not sure if that’s only problem for me but regardless it would be nicer if it had those 2 things

A sorry replacement
This app took every useful feature from the last platform, lit them on fire and threw them out the window for a slightly more intuitive UI. I don’t know why they even built or promoted it when the only thing it’s ever used for is to shamelessly plug all the U’s instagram accounts like a shallow influencer.

I love this app. It is still growing but it is great to use as a fan and as a student. Plus the help when running into issues is so amazing and quick!

Super great app! Very responsive devs that have been quick to release new features, improvements, bug fixes, etc. Haven’t seen other university apps with consistent uplifts and responsiveness like this one.

Hard to use
MobileU was so much better! I can’t access any useful schedule information and the map is terrible. Every icon you click on is hard to use. Please bring back MobileU!

Cannot login with email
The login methods prevent anyone that does not have a Gmail or UNID from logging in.
This means I cannot use my outlook to login to access my season tickets.

Barely functional, odd design choices
Most of the widgets and links are external links that don’t load. The helpful portions of this app such as the class map is hidden in submenus for an odd reason and only launch through an external browser. Other widgets only use 40-50% of your screen making it hardly usable or readable. MobileU was better as it wasn’t cluttered with non-academic stuff.

Why?
The MobileU app tells me that the app will be shutdown and replaced by Utah 360 by Aug 2025… I sure hope this is not going to actually happen. MobileU is a functional app that can show me anything I might need academically on campus — all the resources are there, but Utah 360 looks like it was made for a toddler and has almost nothing I could possibly need. I sure hope that message in MobileU was wrong and Utah 360 is only for athletes.

Functional but Missing Key Features
Plenty of widgets are available to the user and I appreciate the customization opportunities. However, why is the class schedule not accessible through this app? If I’m signing with my UID, it would be very convenient to access my class schedule through this app rather than the student portal. Also, the campus map formatting is awful. It pulls up a window that you can see maybe a fraction of the area you’re trying to look at. These features if addressed would make approaching a new semester so much easier.
