Needs some improving

It is difficult to use, the screen is not very usable, it is too small and you have to zoom in way too much. They charge you credit card fee when they should have an option for debit cards. I had to go through it four different times to finally get my fishing license. It needs to be more user-friendly. Plus, they ask for a shipping address when they don’t send the printed copy anymore either. Just stuff that they should fix. The final button is CANCEL and is the largest button, and the YES button to finalize the transaction is small. Poor design.

Just doesn’t work

I’m able to get online with my information, but apparently I can’t be found on the app even though the Ut DWR has all of my personal information. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Still no luck. Useless app

Terrible product, nearly unusable

All products made by Utah DWR are terrible. The UI/UX are some of the worst found on the internet and App Store. Not sure if they’ve ever met a designer, let alone heard of one. These products are nearly unusable and the systems are built to take your money. Unfortunately, there’s not an alternative because it’s the government.
