I’ve found it useful to have everything in one place and was able to book my hotel, car hire and airport parking all from the app, which was great.

I have been a member of utc.travel for nearly a year and was really excited to hear they had launched an app to make it easier for members to view their trips and perks. Found the app really easy to use and very helpful!

UTC TRAVEL Review: Absolute Garbage – Avoid at All Costs!
If I could give UTC TRAVEL zero stars, I would. In fact, I’d give them negative stars if that were an option. This website is so poorly designed that a 10-year-old with access to AI could create something infinitely better.
The moment you select a destination, the site conveniently erases your departure airport, forcing you into an endless, frustrating loop of re-entering information. You’d think this was a one-time glitch, but no—I tried it on multiple browsers, on their so-called “app,” and across different devices. It’s not a bug; it’s just plain incompetence.
The entire experience feels like it was coded by someone who has never used a travel website before. The UI is clunky, the functionality is nonexistent, and the frustration level is through the roof. If your goal is to waste hours of your life accomplishing nothing, then by all means, give UTC TRAVEL a try. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.
