Not effective and useful. Just for marketing purpose
We raised service requests multiple time but there is no action and follow ups. It seems like a dummy app but not to enhance customer service and support so merely a marketing gimmick. Completely not useful

One of the worst app
They take the payment in advance and after that they first delay the plan and after that they will make mistakes from their side and they will provide you project with mistakes and and when you ask for refund they will say you sorry and insist you for rework and they will again provide you with a plan that is not up to your requirement and then they will say that you can use your rework or do what ever you can do after that they will not refund your amount at any cost .
They will charge you for their mistakes and the worst project will be delivered .
They are fraud .
Don’t pay them .
