Nothing like paper
It’s a pretty good app but somewhat hard to navigate. Needs improvement.

Very pleased I could get the app for my hometown newspaper and at a terrific price as well. Great content that Also includes the USA Today. Very happy I subscribe. App layout is very user friendly.

Easy read!
With the Utica. OD app it’s easy to review the paper. Saturday is on line only so I have been using regularly and it works fine. Bonus is Sunday is available on line also!

App crashes and doesn’t work on IOS 14.6. Worked great before update.

Needs an update
Up until IOS 14.1 update the app worked fine. Now it continues to crash.
Continues to shut down during use
I subscribe to this newspaper along with another paper owned by the same media group. Both apps continue to shut down when in use and this problem has gotten worse after each update of Apple iOS. It seems apparent that the media group that owns these papers has other uses for the revenue they earn from subscriptions and advertising to provide timely updates to these newspaper apps.

Just keeps quitting
I like to read the newspaper daily, mostly paper when I’m home. When I’m not home I rely on the app. I gave this 2 stars because I like the content, particularly local stories. It just repeatedly quits while I’m reading it. Too bad!
So disappointing
This app has NO stability. It works one day and doesn’t work the next...it is beyond frustrating. It has to be uninstalled and installed repeatedly. Sadly, this app is supposed to be a tool utilized for a paid digital subscription. Not exactly the best way to show value for paying customers.
Can not login
Can not create an account if you don’t have one...brilliant.
Stupid set-up
When you open the app it says, Login. No place to set up an account if you don’t have one already, no way to get in. A really smart way to set up an app! Keep up the good work.
