App glitch issue

The teaching faculty of Utkarsh is good but in their app I always face glitch problem while watching videos in 2X or 3X even though my internet connection is working properly. Still I should report this problem. I had talked to Utkarsh helpline earlier also and they said it will be fixed now but it has not happened yet.

Management

Some of the faculty members are very good, but the management is very poor and there is no student support at all.
Despite making continuous calls for the past 8 days, the management has still not provided any solution.”

To be honest a best factually in Utkarsh’s classes for generation and every student said only join Utkarsh’s classes just because management faculty and etc overall better then to other education platforms .

Many bugs

Utkarsh ke course or teacher bohot badiya h pr pta nhai nirmal sir iss app ko sai kyu nhai krte .recorded class start hone main bohot tym leta h fir use speed forward main chlaye to video bich bich main suru sai chalu ho jata h agr bich main koi notification ya call aa jaye to video wapas se ussi speed main aa jata h yahi problem audio main bhi h ,audio class main ek baar background pe chle gye to wapas same class ko suru se chlavo call ya msg aaye to class ruk jati h fir app ko dubara start kro or class ko suru se start kro aap iss app k ander player badiya kyu nhi add kr dete , audio class main high data lgta h as comparison video class .

Thanks utkarsh team..really thankyou i was wanting to extend my course validity but some of issues I couldn’t at time ..and next day i saw in the app my course wasn’t there and I called utkarsh team I requested to give me one day to extend validity and really divya gehlot mam helped me she gave me 2 days thanks mam i will be always thankful for you mam…and utkarsh app.
