Cannot Sign Up
I wanted to download Udacity on my phone for when I’m on the go, but this is the only app available. Unfortunately it doesn’t work. When trying to sign-up I’m prompted to use the same email I used when applying for my scholarship (there isn’t a way for the app to know I applied for a scholarship unless I’m using the correct email). So I tried to log-in with my email and password to which I’m prompted that a UTools account doesn’t exist under my email and to try signing up instead. As a last ditch effort I try the “forgot my password” option and again I get a prompt that an account UTools account doesn’t exist and to try signing up even though it keeps telling me my email is wrong. I went to the web to log in just to check, and I’m using the correct email. The app just doesn’t work.
