Probably the slowest app ever
1. 90% of the time I open the app the job already gone.
2. My account has been logged out without noticing me. Sometimes I open the app and found myself already logged off. Hence, I could not see jobs nor notifications.
3. Always delays and laches.
Overall, user experience is poor!

Excellent app for ECE relievers
The app is easy to use for ECE relievers. It has the majority functions needed to get the job done, and the support team is also amazing.

I am frequently quite nervous to accept the job on Utopia App because there is no enough time to see the details clearly the job and the job will be filled in seconds and in order to get the job you should click accept very fast once you see but this will lead to some mistake happened for example not available for the period the job you accepted Hopefully can have better solution to solve this issue and let reliever have chance to get more job chances .

It is a very good app unfortunately as soon as the job comes when we open the app it’s gone. It’s like first come first serve. But overall it’s a great app.🫰🏻

The simple configuration makes it convenient to use. However, sometimes there was an error that didn't sound the alarm, so it was uncomfortable for several days. However, the team solved the problem well.
Happy but also disappointed!
This app has helped me get jobs but unfortunately mostly through centres that have listed me as a favourite. It is really hard to get jobs as there is a bit of a delay in jobs coming through and more often than not by the time you have opened the app the job is gone.
