Worst algorithm

This is one of the worst game i ever played, there is no competition in the game for a small players. If you have less than 4 lakh chips it is fine but if you have around 5-5 lakh then you will be matched with the players who have around 400-800 Crore chips. How is it fair? Even with the best card you will loose everything because you will ran-out from the money until other players with a tons of chips decided to see their cards, because if they decide to play blind than you can’t get the show. Worst concept.

Cheating game and some cheater players

totally cheating is going on here. When ur chips are less ur cards will be pure run and messages will came to buy chips.
Lot of cheaters are playing on same table with three ids and they will grab you and push to surrender ur cards.
Some times u buy the chips ur payment deducted and chips will not be credited
Then u have to followup with the backend teams.

Ridiculous

Been playing this game since long and I even bought chips worth ₹1000 but suddenly I was booted out of the game last night. There’s no in-game support so I took the support details from the web and wrote them an email which has not been addressed yet. I smell foul play. This company is cheating people and daylight robbery is being done under the iOS platform. I’m planning to take this complain further if my game is not restored.

I made payment for purchase of chips same debited twice in my account but received only one purchase chips

Immediately I escalated to management thru support option, management confirmed to revert back within 24 hr , its almost a week there is no response, you guys are making fool of customers and making money.

They’re worst. This application owners are frauds.
End of the day they’re asking us to proof that we purchased chips from them.
They’re even asking ADHAR card blah blah.

Chat box hanged

Whenever i open the chat box it hanged my game ,to restart my game i have to go to screen then came back .I complained it in support but they didn’t resolve my problem ,i sent them mail from my personal mail id as well ,but there is no reply, please resolve my problem

People speak disgustingly

The start is not for the game, but for people who speak very dirty language... I have written several times at support but no response, I even have snapshots of the same while people speak cheap and I want an action to be taken as few men see girls playing they type as we are prostitues ... this very disappointing, if this continues we will be forced to play as guest and not logged in with FB and will even have to complain of the same
