無法自動格式化
試用2張新的128GB記憶卡，卡片寫滿時，無法自動格式化，機台陷入無法錄影狀態，手機app也無法連線UTR

Two stars because the app does work, I couldn’t justify 3 stars or above. The app is 5 years old with only one update 4 years ago and it needs to be redeveloped with an updated design (I’m sure that app design & development has advanced a lot in those 4years). Also, one shouldn’t have to turn off the car’s Wi-Fi to maintain a stable connection between the iPhone and the UTR when using the app.

Official app for Volkswagen Universal Traffic Recorder
We installed a VW UTR in our Tiguan and I was confused about what app to use. This is the one - I tried the Audi one which doesn’t work with the Volkswagen dash cam. This app does its job ok - better than the Audi one by the reviews. I find ejecting the SD card and viewing the footage in VLC on the mac to be an easier way to view footage.

This is App for a VW T6.1 installation - it works!
I was getting pretty frustrated... almost to uninstall and refund! I couldn’t link my iPhone iOS 13.4.1 to my new installed £400 UTR! I was trying to link via AUDI UTR (logical as they are VAG). Well no logic about it - save yourself some pain - don’t try it - it will not work. Found this app - firmware updated and linked in around 5 mins up and running in full colour - no issues since - thank you.
A bit of a rant now and many will feel the same way - VAG UK ( I have experience with 3 - Seat, VW and Audi) will sell you it but don’t have a clue about it - poor training & poor knowledge and I only found this App because I speak German! So be very careful before you hand over premium money for premium branded products - neither the seller or the product is that premium!

No longer works after IOS 13
Can no longer view recordings using the app after upgrading to IOS 13. Emailed Nortitel and had no response after a month. Buy another brand that cares.

選擇了台灣國旗還是沒有變化成中文
有正體中文
幫平反一下，選「中華民國」國旗進入App後可以正常顯示正體中文，而且看到誠意不是機器翻譯，@Video」翻譯成「視訊」而不是「視頻」，真是App界的一股清流呢！
