If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Horrible app. Rarely works correctly and if you want to delete your credit card there is no way to delete it. There’s also no way to get refunds on your account. Can’t believe Apple lets this company on the App Store.

App keeps crashing

Today the app keeps crashing each time I try to open. Deleted twice and reinstalled with same results. Updated app 2 days ago.
Also after 1st time deleting had use password reset multiple times. Each time it said a link was sent to my email account. After 2 hours of waiting I started a new account but had to change the username and email because my original one was still active.

Poorly written app. Works sometimes

Very hard to add money. Keeps saying delete credit card and add it again. Did that a few time no luck. Despite my CC company saying they charged me a $1 every time I added it. You cannot swipe left to delete a CC as the app says. What you have to do is add another card have them charge that card then you can delete the other card. They must always have a valid card in the app. No way to delete the last card in your account.

Reader on the shuttle often says booking error and won’t let you scan. The app the bus driver uses often doesn’t work or has timed out or locked up.

Not user friendly

I downloaded the app and tried to create a profile. It didn’t allow me to add money to my account then it kicked me out and didn’t allow me to log in. I tried to reset my password but they never sent the link to my email. There should be better customer service for this app. Please have a look at the issues users have been having
