Complaints: Instant Complaints, Written Complaints, SOS, and domains like Traffic, Cybercrime, drug abuse issues and women-related. Information: Yatra help, official social media handles, emergency numbers (112-SOS, 1930-financial cyber frauds), and knowledge on traffic rules, drug abuse issues, and many others. Services: Verification (Tenant, Employee verification), Senior citizen verification, numbers of the nearest police station, access to citizen portal, and eFIR option. The app is one of the first types where users can track down their complaints and their movement.
