Crashes every time
I have yet to open the app. It crashes trying to locate you. Wish I can get my 99 cents back.
Works perfect
Widget works great. Would be better if they added the hour forecast to the widget (hence the the 4*).
Misleading
Does not include hourly forecast, as suggested in preview screens. Just one page showing maximum UV level for each day. No navigation buttons.
Does not work without Location Services enabled
The app will not work without first enabling Location Services. This is too restrictive and gives zero flexibility to the user. Please update to allow the location (preferably multiple) to be also manually set by the user by implementing a City lookup or drop-down list of major world cities.

That's it, no number, no way of seeing how the uv would change, no way of changing cities

This just shows the town I'm in with no UV index or data whatsoever. App developer seems to be cheating people. Time to contact Apple. I want a refund.

This UV app works great for me! I have Polymorphic Light Eruption Disorder and (unfortunately) still live in Florida... And although I still wear UV protective clothing every day, on high UV days, I can't even go outside.
This has saved me the guess work of "let's open the slider to see how bad my skin gets in seconds", or trying to depend on inaccurate readings from other websites.
I'm very happy with this app! I'll update this review if it doesn't.

Doesn't work
While the screenshots looked nice, the app itself doesn't work-endless 'locating' for me.
Don't spend the money!
Very disappointed in this. I hardly ever purchase apps. This was a waste of money; it doesn't work! Just shows the town I am in. No UV number doesn't show up in the notifications like the picture shows! It's only a dollar but I wish I could get my money back just on principle alone!
