Smaller widget design?
I’m super happy with the app overall, and I check the widget throughout the day. I do think there could be an option for a smaller widget that fits in a smaller square, maybe with just a color and a number and the location, and less text.

The best app for your skin health
This is a little jewel in a sea of weather apps.
I used to get confused (or not get it at all) with the UV index in weather apps. What do those numbers actually mean for my skin type. Is a 7 good, bad, too high? Fortunately I discovered this app and after all these years it is still my to go app every time I go out into the sun.
The app is very intuitive and well organized but above all very simple and straight to the point.
It lets you know when you will be more exposed to UV light during the day and when it is safe to go out considering your skin type. You can add the kind of sunscreen you use (SPF 30,50, water resistant etc) so it can remind you when it's time to reapply it given the UV conditions.
If your skin is very sensitive to sunlight, tends to burn easily or you just want to take care of your skin this is the app for you.
Did I mention you can create your own little avatar to personalize your experience in the app? UV lens is a must have. It's more than just a weather app it's an app for your health and that of your skin.

Yay! UVLens is back. I love the simple, insightful UI. My only request is that you add a half sized widget as well.

This is an exquisitely designed UV index observation app, completely free and without any annoying ads. Many thanks to the app developers. Additionally, I really hope there could be a small-sized desktop widget.

😢 So sad the widget option is gone. I used to have it on my Home Screen. All I had to do was to have a quick glance at it before going out. Please bring the widget back. This app is simple but incredibly useful, straight to the point if you just want to know if you are safe outdoors. It also has a nice display with the information of the whole day by hours so you can be prepared at all times.

Absolutely brilliant app, I know I can burn when the uv is at 2 flames and the personalised skin profile warns me when to apply sunscreen. The only app and uv information I follow and have followed since 2021, I work in a nursery and use this information to keep the children safe when playing in the sun, I swear by it constantly 🙂
