Can no longer watch
I went to tune into Italian tv and it’s gone. The regions it’s giving me to choose from is Africa, Latin America, Ukraine, Brazil
No way to cast from the app to a tv.
There is no way to cast from the phone app using chrome-cast or Airplay.
Used to be good
This app used to be good until the latest update. Now it freezes a lot and the UVOtv ad comes on every couple of minutes disturbing the stream.

Exciting opportunity
I was thrilled to find this app, as I’m studying Italian now and this is a perfect opportunity for an immersive experience with various dialects and real life situations, including news, sports, and shopping ( which is a surprisingly useful way to learn everyday vocabulary). I am experiencing some technical difficulties with certain channels not transmitting or breaking up badly, and I find the guide a bit hard to use since you can’t really tell what’s on each channel, but all in it’s a fantastic method to tune your ears and brain to another language, to learn the cadence, and even to pick up some slang.
For those concerned that there are no subtitles — that’s the point. I subscribe to a different foreign language streaming service that I enjoy immensely, but the subtitles are embedded and it’s impossible not to read them. To really learn, just listen to the live Tv and let it flow … don’t try to translate every word precisely. Start with a shopping channel or News, so you’re already familiar with the content, and just soak it in. You’ll be surprised how quickly your comprehension will improve. I’m giving 4 stars due to the technical and interface issues, but I was tempted to give 5 in part because there also is an iPad and an Apple TV app so you can watch on the big screen. How great is that?!! Love it!

Problem
I watch live tv on my phone until yesterday, today not working
Needs captions/subtitles
I downloaded this app so I can practice my Italian, but I would like to read subtitles while watching. In the app while watching there is no settings or CC button to click. This is on iPhone.
