straight up not working
i’ve had the app for almost three years now and for some reason it keeps logging me out. whenever i log back in it takes forever then says that the app is for students (of which i am currently) and won’t work the same for non-students.
i’ve updated it, deleted it, and reinstalled it several times now and nothing is working.
(hopefully this will be resolved sooner rather than later)

Doesn’t work
I’ve had a lot of trouble with this app. First, it wouldn’t let me sign in despite numerous attempts. After finally managing to log in, I was met with a blank screen—no information, no functionality, nothing. It’s extremely disappointing and makes it impossible to rely on this app for anything. I hope the developers address these issues soon because right now, it’s not usable.

I hope it works
The last one was tricky to use and also I wanted to die because not all the functions functioned (not able to upload assignments or email for example) let’s be sure to dot our I’d and cross our T’s so we don’t lose customers okay? Go discount education team!!
App never loads and is buggy
I get stuck on the loading screen forever. It does not load even when connected to the internet. I got asked by the frontrunner for my ticket and tried to pull up my ID card but it was stuck on the loading screen forever. After not loading for 30 minutes I had to buy a ticket. I am so frustrated and frazzled and had to pay when I shouldn’t have. Please fix this bug.

Potential
Want to like this, it will be very handy but only after they fix all the many glitches... Either it won't let me log in or now my classes are not showing, home is blank... But the campus map works. Its a little bit of a mess rn but it'll be super useful down the road

I use to love using this app but ever since april the app will not open and constantly say an error has occured.

You enter your pin all you want, after that initial sign in, you won’t be able to get into the app. Totally unusable

It was great when it was working but now it literally won’t even open. It’s been months since it has worked for me, the updates do nothing.
Great... When it works
The features on this app are great, but you can't rely on the app to always work. When it is working it's usually so slow that it's painful to use. And sometimes it just straight up doesn't open, which is super frustrating when you need it.

Great idea to finally put it into an app where we don’t have to sign into the internet everyone we want to check something. There is a bug with the balance tab. Hope that gets fixed soon.
