Frustrating and Most Likely Abandoned
I’ve tried using this app for moderation, and it simply makes it far more complicated than it needs to be. The card scanner is borderline unusable most of the time, and takes so long to load that you might as well just write it all down. It would be so much easier and simpler (especially after choosing to play with a premade deck) to just let GMs select which roles are in which seats. The daytime and nighttime tracker is super confusing to use, plus any mistakes made are hard to fix. It’s easier just to use pen and paper. Plus, with two years of silence, it’s unlikely the app will ever be fixed or finished.

Bug on “drunk” role
This app is good for keeping track of cards but when the drunk role is scanned it asks to scan the actual role of the drunk and doesn’t allow you to finish scanning even after you scan another role
Cards don’t match?
This app works fine. But, when I bought the game it told me to download the app to help moderate. (I have ultimate werewolf extreme.) But, for some unbeknownst reason, nearly every card in this app doesn’t match one I have! Is this the wrong app, or am I delusional. For example: I have the card “Paranormal Investigator” who isn’t in this app at all. And then tons of cards that I don’t have or know of, like the “Cutthroat”. What’s wrong? 💀

Where is the official release?
As of this writing, the last app update was 10+ months ago with patch notes saying the official release is coming soon. There’s still a lot left to be desired with the app in its current state and I’m holding out hope Bezier delivers a functional app instead of just moving on to republishing yet another version of this game.
Two primary functional challenges with this app that make it frustrating to use:
First, I’ve never seen such difficult to scan QR codes. To be fair, that’s likely not the app’s fault and more the card designer’s fault for not using a color for the QR code that contrasts enough with the background. Or the high gloss cards making it challenging to scan without a glare on the card. But it absolutely is part of the poor app experience and is worth mentioning.
Second, the face scanner is tedious and requires face detection, which it often struggles with. Just let me click a photo instead of waiting forever for it to try and detect a face.
These two are the biggest issues and make it very slow to start a game. There are plenty of quality-of-life updates I’d love to see, but I won’t dive into that long list. Here’s to hoping they do right by the customers and deliver on the promise they sold us on when releasing “Extreme”.

Scanner
I've tried to scan the cards and I've never been able to fully scan one. The most I got was 66% then it stopped. I don't think the preview is worth using. Really all it can be helpful for is generating a balanced deck and the timer if I want to use it.
