Contacts

Can’t find a a way to add a contact or import contacts….there is vertually no support. I emailed for support…heard nothing…any help out there?

Hard to get rid off

I had the same trouble as mrteeguy. What I ended up doing was going into Finder, go to Applications then I moved it to Trash from there. Got rid of it from my computer!

We are very sorry that we did not provide a satisfactory experience for you. However, the uninstallation of the application is controlled by the macOS. In addition, the Mac store also has strict audit standards, so we do not have the authority to control software uninstallation. After repeated testing by engineers, we speculate that you uninstalled the application through the "Launchpad", and there is still a bug in this function of the macOS. It is recommended that you find the software in "Applications" through "Finder", right-click or click the "gear" icon above, and select "Move to Trash" to uninstall.
