Watch that's not supported

This app doesn't even support the device it's connected to. Forget being able to pair this with the app. It is no help in resolving the matter either just a waste of time for the watch and app.

New version doesn’t support watches

I own T92 watches. Everything was fine with the first one, but unfortunately, the watch started having problems. I bought a new one, and when I tried to pair it, I discovered that the app is no longer compatible with the watches. Unfortunately, I unpaired the old one, and now I can't use either of them. Both the manufacturer and the system provider need to come to an agreement to stop selling devices that are no longer supported.

App does not work!!

Just got my new T92 Smart Watch and downloaded this app on my iPhone. Watch will connect to my phone via Bluetooth but will not work with this app. Super disappointed as this was the app shown in the watch instruction manual. I do NOT recommend this crap.

Ear phone does not connect on my phone

I got the watch but the ear phone doesn’t connect the music I’m playing on my phone. Also I can’t make a call using the earphone and watch- always get connection failed. Is there a way to connect my watch to mg phone just like I watch. It would be convenient to use the earphone. Thanks

Date now showing on some watchfaces

Using a Desong T92 the date refuses to show on multiple watch faces. The day is clear and correct but no date.

Needs to add API

I just bought the watch product and it’s really nice. Yet it could be much better to have the data exported to Apple Health API, so that I can have an incremental management on my health data.

App doesn’t work

I have download this app previously for my Active pro watch and it connected and worked!
Then my watch got broken and I got a new one.
I tried connecting the watch with the App but the connect device doesn’t work.
I have tried reinstalling the app and it still wouldn’t connect to my device sadly.
Please fix this issue!
