Doesn’t connect to scales properly. When it finally does connect theres up to 15sec delays in scale readings. Having the vdaq box plugged in, means I cant even use the scale manufacturer’s recommended app, so I have to unplug the box everytime I need to load.
Useless.
Pointless using the app, it drops out way too often, or won’t connect to begin with.
It’s not the scales causing the issue, because when I use the scales recommended app, it works fine.

Best service ever
I’m not the one to write reviews but these guys deserve it. Yes I know sometimes some scales, if positioned very far away, may not connect 100% of the time but that is not v-daq fault but the scales themselves. As for the customer service, best thing ever and in any field as these days customers are always put second.
As for the ease to use and the price and being legal for PBS … you are not going to find a better offering.
They keep us up to date and always send us updates when they finish them, never has it been a problem to claim a warranty ( had two instances and perfect service with quick fix) they are super friendly and always happy to deal with the drivers to set them up and ongoing support.
