1. Alexa support is not great, you have to start v guard skill and do the prompt, no way to access the device directly, with direct device access I should have been able to use it in routines, integrate with other functionality
2. everyday its getting logged out, this is very stupid a smart home device cannot keep the session more than 24 hours

Add more features for solar inverter
App is very user-friendly thnkyou vguard developer team. I have solsmart 1500Mppt. There are some important features which should be added to this app. 1. Grid to solar & solar to grid shifting setting according to battery %.( Problem At night, even though the battery has a lot of charge, it gets shifted to the grid and during the day there is a loss of solar energy because the battery is already charged.)
2. On solar battery charging ampere customisation.( The problem is that if I have installed a 1 kW solar panel and if the load in the house becomes zero during the day, it starts charging the battery at approximately 60 amperes. it's dengerous for battery health, this can be dangerous for anyone) 3.Grid charging on/off option.

Add More Features for Solar Panel Monitoring
I like your app’s interface, but it could be improved by adding more details about the solar panels, such as the voltage from the panels. Additionally, the load on solar and battery should always be visible on the main screen, not hidden. The solar graph should remain permanently available, and when the mains is available, it should display additional information like solar voltage etc
Also, why is only one device allowed to log in at a time? I want my father to be able to check the data daily, but when I log in, it says the device is already logged in. Please consider addressing these issues.

Solar inverter needs more features
Using the vguard app for managing the solar inverter solsmart 2550 mppt24. Not satisfied with the product due to missing features.
There is slight increase in electricity bill comparing with our old solar inverter.
In vguard solsmart 80% of power is reserved in battery for powercut. There is no option to change this value (through app) .
So during day time battery charges to full in 2 or 3 hours. Remaining time the solar energy produced is wasted due to less utilisation of electricity
No option in app to export the data (like load trends, usage , solar production etc ) to excel or pdf
