I downloaded this app maybe 3-6months ago and it has been working perfectly fine for me, connected to my tv instantly everytime and now out of no where the app won’t connect to my tv anymore. I have uninstalled the app as well as turned my tv off and on and it will not connect now for the life of me. I’m upset because this app did save my life but since it has stopped working I feel like I’m now back to square one looking for a remote for my tv.

Could not find any ‘tutorials’, or ‘help’ for this app online.
Ended up buying an original Hisense remote. Universal remotes won’t work since Hisense remotes work on RF (radio frequency), most remotes are IF (infrared).

Does the job
Detected my tv instantly. Controls take bit of getting used to, but hey it works

This app works brilliantly with my 65” Hisense tv, The only thing it won’t do is turn the tv off, but I only use the app when the kids lose the remote

Like the remote easy connection; however,I have to turn my tv off and bk on sometimes to get the remote reconnected. But there’s no setup required. Works tgrough your WiFi connection. This is good remote if you’ve lost the original remote to the tv. Lol. Just open the app turn your tv off and bk on. And it picks it up like Bluetooth. 🤩🤩🤩

Not working
I have the Hisense 40H5B model and I cannot get the app to sync. Both the TV and my phone are on the same WIFI, but it does not recognize the device. I have the iphone8 that’s up to date.

Only tv remote app that actually works for my tv!
One of the kids have decided to run off with the remote and have forgotten where they’ve put it. After searching the whole house to no avail, I downloaded app after app hoping I would be able to control the tv from my phone but was unsuccessful. So after a couple of days of no tv, and the kids driving me crazy while I’ve been trying to study, I found this app and it actually worked! Straight away!

Something fishy here
I’ve never downloaded a Remote app and made a review like it changed my life. This app doesn’t work, and these reviews can not be real. Apparently, the real China is nothing like a Jackie Chan movie : ( .....
Update needed
This app does work as directed, and connects very easy. It’s a little frustrating that this app works better than your RemoteNOW app. The user interface for this app is absolutely abysmal. Confusing & not smooth, if this app had a UI update it’d be 5 stars.
Stopped working
App was working fine for a few months and then out of nowhere it has completely stopped working. The app keeps saying it won’t connect to my tv and my regular remote is broken so I have no control over my tv now
