Unable to login to app
I have a user account and password but can’t get past the login screen can anyone help?
Lights started flashing shortly after turned on
App couldn’t find existing lights that were setup previously, lights keep flashing and app couldn’t find devices, only used for a few months
LED dumb lights
Lights flicker more for pairing than two rabbits, even though it’s next to the router. Asks for Wifi info constantly and have to enter it a thousand times and you get one odd annoying light that will flash randomly. Going back to actual smart lights meaning good old On/Off. Time wasting lights is what they should call it. If the rating could give negative stars I would rate it that!

Flashing
When these work they’re great. When a bulb forgets what it is and needs reconnecting it’s a pain in the filament. Surely there’s a better way to indicate pairing mode than flashing on and off? It’s disorientating trying to get the flashing right (fast or slow) and operate the app while in the middle of a lighthouse.

Lights keep going offline
Great app when it works, but one of the lights from new has gone offline every couple of days, so while I’m trying to reset it it’s disturbing my neighbours at night by flashing throughout my garden like a spot light at a rave. Now my kitchen lights are doing the same. No wifi issues, no Bluetooth issues. Absolute joke. I recommend people to avoid wasting their money on these lights. It’s a shame because the lights emit a good amount, but if I’m away for the weekend and the lights play up, my partner won’t have any kitchen or porch lights. Unless she doesn’t mind having a seizure.

UI looks fairly pleasing, however very hard to navigate and quite un-intuitive.
Features are lacklustre,
creating groups is extremely difficult to find.
The app seems half complete.
I would hope the production team would use this to improve their product.
1. The flashing set up mode is almost epileptic fit inducing. Especially when it takes 30mins to work out how to get it to work.
- A slow breathe could better suit.
2. Lights do not have a default on setting nor can one be set.
Eg. if light is switched off at the power point it retains last setting used, requiring the need to pull out your phone almost every time you need to use a light. If it was green when turned off, it will be green when next turned on at the switch. No way of reverting to default without pulling out a phone. Two flicks of the physical light swith would be a cool feature to revert to default.
3. Creating scenes only allows for one colour across the whole group of lights, not multiple colours at the same time. Unless setting individually which can be cumbersome.
4. Cannot control similar functions across multiple lights or groups other then 'on'and 'off'.
5. Creation of rhythm/patterns could be a cool feature

Good
A bit tricky to set up but very effective
Almost perfect
I have 10 spotlights in the garden sunk into the floor.
They were fitted and set up by electrician and from day one had issues with one spotlight. It would work one day then offline for days.
I found the info to reconnect it very difficult to find and do.
Sorted now tho.

Used to be a great app. Today it completely crashed on me for hours, I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and nothing is working. The app is messed up and now I currently have no lights because your app has broken. Do not recommend at all!
Rubbish
I purchased some standard WiFi LED bulbs and could not pair them for the life of me.
I have multiple smart devices throughout my house and am not stranger to how to set them up.
Not matter what I tried 0 connection. It’s almost as if the app doesn’t support the bulbs.

App has much improved. But delay problem still horrible. Also controlling page should separate groups and singles.
Efficient and easy to use
Upon opening, the app is very easy to navigate and has smart features that enable the user to connect their device quickly. The lighting options are beautiful and stylish- perfect for a late night reading session or 3 am studies.
One suggestion would be to check the QR code as it doesn’t not work.

Pathetic and need more airliner pilot licence to operate
After 45 minutes I was at least able to have the light switched on without blinking but cannot work out how to change the colour intensity and the dimmable aspect. Was this ever checked by someone before it was released. How can I use these globes and actually be happy because they are absolutely useless. The QR code does not link to the Apple store.

What’s going on??
I opened the app to be told the device no longer works with this app and to download another app. The new app wouldn’t connect the phone to the doorbell. My partner, the account owner, was able to re-connect to the camera using this app and tried to re-invite me, but of course the invite directs to this app and I’m back to square one. I get notifications from this app that the bell is ringing but can’t see the feed or use any of the other features when I open the app as the ‘no longer supported’ pop-up comes up. Please advise!!!
