Awful.
V1 used to make great products but this is garbage. Same with the non instructor account. They took away countless features and charged more. Corporate greed at its finest.

I’ve been with V1 for about 12 years and send videos out to all my students after every lesson. Over the year the app has had a few bugs however they fixed very quickly. Now the bugs are bigger and they try to take care of it however it seems it’s never there problem. They seem to have a call center that is overseas and reading from a book to fix the problem. They need to get back to the basics and fix the bugs for the instructors. I give them plenty of fees back to try to fix however the overseas people aren’t the ones to fix it.

Inconsistent and unreliable
I’ve been a customer since 2010. I’m currently using a tablet and phone for instruction paying $69/month. I was told I have the updated version but countless times the tour model downloads will not work once downloaded and I’m constantly getting model swing’s deleted on their own. Might be time to change companies.

Video skipping
Had many problems with swing videos skipping and making big jumps for some reason when I try to review them. I import them into the V1 pro app and the video will play but then just skip through watching the swing video extremely frustrating wanted to know if there is a solution or am I only person to have this problem?

Crashing All the Time
I’ve finally upgraded to the $59 per month subscription but this App is terrible. I’ve lost a full days worth of teaching videos and have to manually enter everything each time it crashes. Very unstable, frustrating.
The amount to steps you have to go through just to enter students, switch to video etc is really slow (when it does work)
User interface need updating and automated data entry / switching from camera to analyzing needs a one step and back flow.
The trial for this subscription lasts another 27 days, not sure I will last that long.

Highly recommended!
I’ve used the standard V1 Golf App to teach for a couple of years and debated making the move to the V1Pro App. I wasn’t sure if the monthly expense was worth it but now I couldn’t imagine not having it. It is an amazing all in one professional system.
All my lessons are supported with the V1 Pro Video App which allows instant side by side comparisons & mirroring of movement. Then while they are still with me I record a voice over lesson and send it to them by text and email.
This system allows students to study their swings within the
V1 Golf App, record and send back swings to me for review. My students love it, some are watching the lessons over and over again.

Best App for Instructors
Easy to use, great interface and fantastic functionality. My students live having their own easy access online locker for sending video and receiving lessons. Great online and phone call support from the V1 team👍🏼
All issues fixed!
Previous issues were fixed by turning off WiFi while logging into or using the app.
Great coaching aid
This is the best coaching aid for golf on the market. Why other golf professionals do not use this I don’t know! They are not giving their student the best opportunities to improve. Combine this app with golf pucks and you have a winner! John Gunby PGA

Good app very easy to create lesson reviews and forward to clients. Would like to be able to see when clients have watched videos to confirm and maybe more diagnostic tools on v1 pro app but otherwise very good

I have been using V1 Pro for 2 years and find it invaluable in videoing my students and showing them the positive aspects of their swings.
Easy to use V1Golf
V1 Golf works perfectly for me as a teacher of the game. Outstanding interface and very easy to use not only for myself but even when my students send me videos to analyze. I use V1 with my iPad and the immediate feedback is essential to my lessons. I’ve got hundreds of video on file that I use with my students and have analyzed through the V1pro App. Great app!!

I’ve used V1 since around 2002. I’m a loyal Branded Academy user. It’s simple to use, my students love it, and it’s worth every penny for my business. Anytime I have changed computers or needed help the V1 helpline has always gotten back to me and promptly solved my issue.

V1 Pro App
I have been using in the V1 Pro App in my teaching for as long as they’ve had it. I think it’s the best on the market, and believe me I’ve looked at everything else. they’ve had some challenges over the years but I think they’re continually trying to strive to make it better and better. I rated it a 5 because I have no idea how any people could’ve rated it low. While I think there are still improvements they can make it is closer to a 5 then it is a 1.

Consistent Delivery Of Quality

Great app , user friendly and a lot of positive comments from students. Could do with a lot more swings from tour players with better camera angles
