Camera stopped working
I went into the app and noticed there was an update for my camera and once I clicked it my camera no longer works. Tried unplugging and restarting it but says I'm not connected. I plug it back in and see a blue light on but nothing happens. Was doing fine until the update.

After the recent upgrade, I can’t connect to my cam with “user name or pwd error. (2) (-20)”.
I Delet and add my cam then it works fine, but each time I close/open the app I get the same error and I have to delete/add the cam again and again !!!

Super bad app
Took forever to connect, once I left my home it disconnected and I had to come back and try to connect it again And then start all over again to try to connect this app to the camera
Few things.
Make it so I can stay logged in on multiple devices. Also, the PTZ function should be seamless, I shouldn’t have to swipe 15 times to turn the camera half way around. I should be able to hold my finger and it’ll turn, etc. add an option to turn night vision on / off.
Good but..
Keeps logging me out while I’m currently on the app. How can I stay logged in, there needs to be a remember me setting so I do t have to type all my login info in everytime. Other then that works great

Wasted my money
I’d give zero star if permitted. Failed to connect to the new cam from the app no matter how many times I reset AND reinstalled this app. After setting up per the instructions (everything seemed ok, can see the cam as online) but clicking it gave the message “connected..” but quickly following by “username and password error”.

Device off line
For some weird reason every so often at least once a day the cameras say device off line and it takes about a min to reboot or get back on line
