Falling apart
The iOS app can no longer connect overseas and it says some country not listed in the app after waiting for the whole system to refresh where to connect. Then the MacOS app cannot connect to any server listed and then it will not show what servers to connect to in any country even after reinstalling the app on the macOS. Considering canceling before 30 days is up. Was great up until it went offline and macOS went down unable to choose a country to connect to.

Sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. The outage was caused by issues outside our control. We’ve released an update for iOS and macOS that adds new XHTTP and Trojan protocols and restores stable access to new servers. Please update the app to the latest version and refresh the server list. If the issue persists, we’re actively monitoring and improving stability. Thank you for your patience.
