Есть. Полная. Генерация конфига (ConfigGenerator.swift): flow пробрасывается в outbound; publicKey / shortId / fingerprint — REALITY-поля идут в конфиг; ServerParams содержит flow, publicKey, shortId, fingerprint. То есть REALITY + XTLS Vision (security=reality + flow=xtls-rprx-vision) парсится из импортированной ссылки и корректно генерируется для движка.
