We are always happy to respond to all users who either want to figure out what's going on with their installation or who want their money back. We have many satisfied users. Occasionally a user may have trouble running the app, but they've contacted us and we've solved their issue promptly. I hope Dany J will contact us if they haven't already received their money back from Apple. We provide the apps to users of the free website (www.vasupportcalc.com) who need to do calculations offline. At $1.99, it's hard to imagine a productive scan, especially since this is in conjunction with a free service!
