Doesn’t work with my new phone
I have recently bought an iPhone Air and had problems using the app. When I phoned for technical support I was told that the app doesn’t work with the Air and that I should get another phone! If this is true they should be working to fix the issues in the app

Le doy una estrella porque la plataforma no permite poner menos. La aplicación es completamente inútil: no carga ninguno de los apartados que necesitas gestionar, y cada vez que pulsas un icono se queda completamente bloqueada. Imposible hacer nada con ella. Muy decepcionante para una app que debería facilitar la gestión del día a día.

Ich wollte die App runterladen und verwenden, um das angepriesene Touristen-Ticket zu kaufen. War total unnötig: Perso-ID wird nicht akzeptiert und die deutsche Handynummer auch nicht. Warum muss ich mich hierzu überhaupt mit allen Daten registrieren? App auf Handy -> Ticket kaufen-> beim Vorzeigen zeige ich ja nur mein Handy.
Schlechte Werbung!! Somit zahle ich vermutlich den doppelten Preis anstatt das „tolle“ Tagesticket nutzen zu können

No funciona en iPhone Air
Justo cambié de iPhone al iPhone Air y no va la app, se bloquea y no permite usarse. E tenido que ir al bono físico para poder usarle. ⭐️
