Does not work

I have tried several apps like this. This returns an ‘Unrecognized QR Code Error’. All of the others work. Same QR, same everything. This does not work

Upon scanning the vaccine QR code, I receive the following message:

“Welcome to nginx!

If you see this page, the nginx web server is successfully installed and working. Further configuration is required. “
