VAIRKKO
This is the most difficult scheduling app I have ever used in my career. It’s not user friendly at all, it locks up more than it works. I would not recommended this app to potential new users.
Annoying glitch
Since the last “major” update I keep experiencing this glitch, when I keep getting infinite load bug each time when I receive announcements.
This app has come a long way, BUT…
Over the span of the last few years, Vairkko has very much improved a lot of the features accessible to the application that were once only available on the web version.
Choosing shifts for OT with the features of being able to filter them based off almost everything, it’s great for that.
Now, it would be nice if all of the features available on the website were/are available on the app, to include the personnel icon which goes into allowing one to make changes to one’s personal information and view track record, etc.
ALSO, I’m fairly certain I’m not alone here, but why can I no longer see my hours “summary” on my “time card” section? I’m not thrilled about having to calculate hours worked especially since my bread and butter rely solely on overtime. It’s misleading and needs to be updated.
I’ll change my review once the changes are updated.

Change it back
Use to really like the app it was easy to see when you were scheduled and where and when to pick up shifts. This new calendar update is absolutely horrible and not user friendly at all. Please for the love of god change it back.

Severe lack of quality assurance
There is an obvious lack of quality assurance with this application. Spent weeks last year not being able to log into the app until they finally released an update. Now they’ve completely broke the calendar with each month starting on Sunday and the colored badges all being green. Did anyone even attempt to use the app before an update was released?

Once was
This app was on its way to being top notch until I updated it and the app logged me out and now I cannot access it.
It’s ok
Does ok with the basic stuff like looking at your schedule and picking up shifts. but you can’t put in available on the app. You have to go online which is a total pain in the buy.
App of impending sadness

This app tell me when I have to work. Which is depressing. Overall the app functions better than I do at the end of a 24 hour shift.

Great customer support.
The app is new and give it time. It not the best but by god I send this people a email how to improve. Maybe a week or 2 but they already have look into it and they email me a update. Or we will have a conversation on how to make it better and what the issue is. It has the ability to become a lot better. And they are working toward it. I appreciate it. Helps a lot with work.
