Vaka Mobile

VAKA Mobile is a user-friendly app for residents or employees in buildings where Axema’s access control systems are used. The app makes it easy to book and cancel times for shared spaces or other reservable resources, depending on what is available in your property. Bookings are managed directly from your mobile device, with a clear overview of available time slots in real time. The app is available in both English and Swedish. To use the app, your housing association, property owner, or employer must have an Axema access control system installed. VAKA Mobile is designed with simplicity and flexibility in mind, making it easy to manage your bookings wherever you are.
