Vakit: Prayer Times Widget

Your settings are now the same on all your devices. • Your Quran reading preferences and last page, app language, temkin (precaution time), notification sounds and days, tasbihat routine, and suhoor and prayer alarm settings travel between iPhone, iPad, Mac and Watch. • A change you make on one device applies right away: prayer times are recalculated, notifications use the new sound, and widgets show the current value. Seven new reciters for Quran audio. • Abdul Basit Abdus Samad (murattal and mujawwad), Muhammad Siddiq al-Minshawi (murattal and mujawwad), Saud Al-Shuraim, Abu Bakr Al-Shatri and Hani Ar-Rifai. Word-by-word highlighting works with all of them. Vakit now runs on iOS 18 and later. • Devices that couldn't install the app because it required iOS 26 can now use it. On iOS 18 you get a notification instead of an alarm, the Lock Screen countdown starts when you open the app, and a plain background replaces the glass look; everything else is the same. Fixes: • A device without alarm permission could turn off the suhoor alarm on your other device. The alarm is now set only on the device that allows it, and your setting stays as you left it. • The "when do you pray" table in Accounting stayed empty on a new device; past prayers arriving from iCloud now appear as soon as they land. • Adding a bookmark on a second device could delete other bookmarks that had just arrived from iCloud. • Unmarking a fast on another device didn't restore the fasting make-up count. • Tapping a bar in Accounting history opened a detail that was missing the fasting count. • The Quran could open in the Medina script even though you chose Turkish during setup; it now follows the language you pick. • The calendar marked the previous Hijri day after the evening adhan; it now shows the same day as the prayer page. • The prayer card on the Lock Screen froze after the prayer time arrived: it kept showing the past prayer and blocked the cards for the following prayers from being set up. It now closes as soon as the time arrives. • The app closed on launch on some devices. When iCloud Keychain was off and the identity record couldn't be written, the app locked itself up and quit immediately.
