Disappointed
This app is brutal, constantly shuts down, won’t let me go to my panels anymore. Super basic app from the start.
Valet home control loses sync
Every time the power goes out valet home control loses sync with the amplifier. Sometimes I can re-sync it, and sometimes I have to throw it out and download a new copy. It is a royal pain!pal47
iPad app not working
If iPad is on landscape mode, the app won’t work.Estate on a dark screen

Keep needing to reinstall
You have a nice app and product but there is an obvious issue with it needing to be reinstalled periodically due to unknown issues. As others have stated in reviews and calls, you then need to reprogram all the data that was entered. Please fix it for us.
Nice app that needs refinement
I have had the app and the multi zone amp it controls for at least five years.
It works well after taking the time to setup, but the backup restore failed when upgrading last year and I had to get support. Support was great and guided me to fix and all was well. Now with new phone problem with interface not allowing me to switch gateways directly.
For the money this app, gateway and multi zone amps are fantastic.

Update Needed!
This app had very basic functionality and hasn’t been updated in over a year!
iPhone X newest OS issue.
I just got the new iPhone X and have latest OS and valet home control crashes each time. Not sure if the x or the newest OS or both but prob needs a bug fix. I deleted and downloaded 3 times and each time i hit the restore to backup config and then go to panel to control my speaker zones it crashes. Please try n fix ASAP :)

Doesn't retain information
I've had to setup Valet three times because it loses your info for whatever reason. I restarted my router and poof, information vanished. This is a pain, especially when you've gone through the ordeal of naming your individual zones and sources. Also, you shouldn't have to rotate your device to use the app.

Great app to control your Lync system
We use the just about every day to control audio sources, change volume, and power on/off different zones. The app works great. Great companion to the Lync system!
Great App but Update Glitch
Great app for controlling my MC-66. Unfortunately all settings such as Source and Zone names were lost after I updated. Had to re-input.
